We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team of experienced engineers and help us deliver high-quality cloud-native software for European enterprises and scale-ups.

As a Senior .NET Developer at Neneos, you will take ownership of complex backend systems, design resilient microservices architectures, and collaborate closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will be expected to mentor medior engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold the high engineering standards that define our work.

What you will be doing

• Designing and building production-grade applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern .NET patterns
• Architecting microservices, event-driven systems, and APIs that scale reliably in cloud environments
• Working with Azure services including AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Collaborating with clients and technical leads to define architecture and delivery approach
• Mentoring medior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
• Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET (C#)
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles — SOLID, DDD, CQRS, event sourcing
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English — written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset and genuine care for code quality and team dynamics
